Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Creative Vault Shop! Every item we sell is made to order specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, we ask that you carefully review your order, including size, color, and design selections, before completing your purchase.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns or provide replacements only if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective.

  • You receive the wrong item.

  • Your item has a manufacturing defect.

If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To request assistance, please email support@creativevaultshop.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and the packaging

We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Incorrect color selected by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer's remorse

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Please review our size charts carefully before placing your order.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges because every item is produced specifically for each order.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly work with you to make it right through a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that time, production may have already begun, and we cannot guarantee cancellation.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have additional consumer rights under applicable law. These rights will apply where required by law.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund after it has been approved.
